Spectator Guidelines

Outdoor Home Contest Spectator Guidelines! Fall Season 2

  1. For OUTDOOR HOME CONTESTS hosted at Bainbridge-Guilford, two pre-registered spectators per home team athlete will be allowed at the contest site 30 minutes prior to the start of the contest.
  2. The night prior to an Outdoor Home contest your Student Athlete will bring home a Health Screening Form that you will have to complete. This form will act as your ticket to enter the contest facility. Additional forms may be found on our schools' website under the athletics page under forms for if the one sent home was misplaced.
  3. Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the start of the contest and no later than the scheduled start time of the contest. 
  4. Masks completely covering your mouth and nose are mandatory while on school grounds and must be warn at all times.
  5. You must always maintain a social distance of 6ft when on school property. 
  6. A supervisor at the entrance will collect your screening form and take your temperature. The Supervisor will then direct you to a designated area where you may sit.
  7. Spectators are to remain seated at the designated spots where they are told to sit. 
  8. At the conclusion of the contest spectators must promptly leave the contest facility. Congregating will not be permitted.
  9. At this time, spectators will not be allowed at away scheduled contests. For schools providing Live Streams, those links will be posted to the Home page of our schools' website under Announcements.
