Phylicia Dunham, M.S.

Welcome! I am looking forward to starting ANOTHER new adventure as the school counselor in the Greenlawn building!

Before I worked at Greenlawn, I studied Business Administration in NH, and then decided that education and counseling were more my “thing.” I attended Sage Graduate School where I received my Master’s in Professional School Counseling in 2011.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, cooking, running, and practicing yoga.

I have a "tough love” counseling philosophy: I promise to make your student(s) work hard, yet provide them a safe place to take a break; challenge them, but only to make them more resilient; and raise the bar, but with compassion. I’m looking forward to another great year at Greenlawn, and I hope that you are, too!

Lori Leahy-Basso, MSW, LMSW

Welcome students and families!!  I am excited to introduce myself as your new School Social Worker at Greenlawn and Guilford Elementary Schools.

Originally I am from the Oneonta area, attending OHS and graduating from SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Sociology.  I relocated to South Jersey and continued my education, receiving my Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.

Before joining the Bainbridge-Guilford Central School District, I worked in South Jersey at a Medical Day Care Program for Children.  I have also worked with children and families in the foster care system.

My goal for your children this coming year is to focus on their strengths, building a healthy and positive character to prepare them for the future.  Although this takes hard work and dedication, I believe a little TLC and some fun activities will make us successful.  I truly believe the best approach to this success is a team approach with the help of our families and educators working together.

I believe there are great things ahead of us this year at Greenlawn and I am looking forward to being a part of your community. Thank you.
